  • What's your return and exchange policy?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your OREGAMI purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Please complete the form below to begin your return or exchange.

  • Do your bags have a warranty?

    If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time within 5 years of purchase. This guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. OREGAMI will repair or replace the item at its discretion.

  • How do I care for my Oregami luggage?

    Your suitcase might pick up some proof of your travels together—and that’s okay. If you get a mark on your bag, you can spot clean your suitcase using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.

    It is best to store your FIT organizers inside your luggage for cleanliness and to save space in between trips.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options like Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • Can I place a corporate order?
